Intelligent Fault Monitoring
HUSH-PRO continuously monitors system integrity, detecting faults such as open circuits and malfunctions. Issues are flagged on the dwelling controller, communal system, and C-TEC Cloud, allowing for quick resolution. If silenced by the occupant, the system automatically reactivates after 24 hours if the issue persists.
Effective False Alarm Management
In case of a suspected false alarm, the system allows occupants to silence the alert temporarily. If the alarm persists, it is logged as a supervisory event and reported to the C-TEC Cloud for further assessment, ensuring accurate alarm responses.
Enhanced Fire Safety for Residents
When a serious fire (Fire Level 2) is detected, HUSH-PRO triggers evacuation alerts that cannot be silenced by residents. The alarm is transmitted to the communal system, prompting immediate action to ensure safe evacuation.
Optimized Stay-Put Procedures
In buildings where a "Stay-Put" strategy is in place, the Fire & Rescue Service can override alarms using secure evacuation keyswitches. This ensures timely and coordinated evacuations when required, with all actions logged for record-keeping.
